This unit is used for blowing polypropylene (PP), low density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) plastic film. Widely used in food, clothing, garbage bags, vest bags and other civilian and industrial packaging.。
The extruder, barrel and screw of the unit are made of high-quality alloy steel. After nitriding treatment and precision processing, it has high quality hardness and corrosion resistance. The specially designed screw has high output and good plasticization. The main engine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which increases the stability of the main engine speed regulation. The screw barrel adopts 38 chrome molybdenum aluminum, and the winding adopts independent center torque winding, and the rotating head makes the blown film better.
